The answer is B. Current PPG 2.5: an action the opponent acknowledged isn't HCE, it's a GRV (2.1). Fix: a random card from his hand back on top (1.3). Old answer (C): HCE, Nic chose the card. LEC only covers cards that didn't change zone (2.4). #fabtcg #fabjudges
Tyler attacks with Enlightened Strike, choosing the draw mode. On the trigger they say "I draw 2", Nic says "OK", and Tyler adds 2 cards to his hand. It is caught right after. What infraction has Tyler committed? #fabtcg #fabjudges

The answer is A
In the current TRP 4.2: an alter must not cover the name, color bar, double-sided symbol or numeric properties. Previously, the symbol wasn't protected and this was left to HJ discretion.
#fabtcg #fabjudges
At a Calling, Tyler has altered their Viserai, the Forsaken so its double-sided symbol is painted over; its name, and properties are intact. Should this be approved? #fabtcg #fabjudges

The answer is D
Current TRP 1.3: a card-pool is fixed once the format's first round begins or the registration deadline passes, whether a decklist is required or not. Previously, only an accepted decklist was locked.
#fabtcg #fabjudges
Tyler is playing at an armory event without decklists. After round 1, Tyler swaps 2 binder cards into their constructed card-pool. Is this allowed? #fabtcg #fabjudges

The good answer is C. 4. The +1{p} counter is applied to the weapon and which increases the attack's power, but isn't affected by the Gauntlets. Also, Counter property modifications are applied as rules modifications and NOT effects, so could not be replaced (1.15.2a) #fabtcg #fabjudges
Tyler attacks Nic with a Dawnblade with 2 +1{p} counters on it. Nic defends with Gauntlets of Iron Will. In reactions, Tyler plays Ironsong Pride, targeting their Dawnblade. Assuming no other defending, how much damage does Nic take on this chain link? #fabtcg #fabjudges

The good answer is B (11). Cosmic Suture generates a shielding-prevention effect, which prevents a specified amount of damage. If a 'this cant be prevented' effect applies, then the shielding-prevention is not spent. Compare the language of the two cards for hints to spot these! #fabtcg #fabjudges
Tyler attacks Nic with their sword for 6 with go again. In the reaction step, Nic plays Cloud Cover (red) and Cosmic Suture (red). Tyler plays Jagged Edge, hits, then plays Command and Conquer. Assuming no other cards are played/defended with, how much total damage does Nic take? #fabtcg #fabjudges
