Judging from his eyebrows at the end of this video, incumbent Sen. Roger Marshall expected a different response from Kansas state fairgoers when he tried to defend Trump’s tariffs.

The fairgoers have been expelled by force
They have been told to shelter in nearby buildings, but all the buildings are locked because it is the Fourth of July
People are clustering at the entrance points and blocking traffic for blocks
The clouds are growing darker

If you’re going to the fair and figuring you can do the things you missed by coming back another day, learn from my mistakes and either do all the important things on the first day or wear a mask in the crop art line because I am almost certainly going to be too sick to do that
