Fattush una ensalada fresquita: lechuga, tomate cuadrito, pepino cuadrito sin semilla (obvio), perejil/cilantro/menta picado, cebollín o cebolla morada, cuadritos de pan pita fritos crujientes si hay sus granos de granada o melaza de granada tupendo. Aliñai con limón y sumac si hay, oliva.

Hm, intressant, då är det lite som i de olika köken i mellanöstern där man också använder friterad/torkat bröd i mat, t ex friterade klippta bitar av pitabröd i salladen fattush.
