Btw all the eye mods I’ve made unless specified are (ie it it says colored lenses it’s not dyeable) are dyeable I just realized on some of them I forgot to put you can dye them

You’re terrible at this. Go back to bed. A clerical or administrative failure to sign a machine receipt does not invalidate legal votes. The underlying ballots came from registered voters who checked in legally during early voting. The FCBOE never stated there were “unverified votes”.
