⭕ "On assiste à un niveau de répression terrible pour faire taire des revendications légitimes. Ce jeune lycéen de 15 ans était assis tranquillement sur le trottoir, nous discutions avec les profs du lycée #Feyder. La #PM est arrivée d’un coup et a sauté sur le gamin pour l’embarquer sans raison."

Yes, one was included in Image's now out-of-print Feyder box set but I am not sure how easy it is to get. Maybe someone has it to borrow?

I just looked it up. 2018–a year I missed due to teaching commitments. I would have been up for 3 hours of Feyder if I saw it on a programme though. Is there a decent version available to watch at home?

The film is also based on a novel written by Pierre Benoit (de l'Académie française, lol) and published in 1920. The film was directed by Jacques Feyder, a rising force in French cinema at the time, and definitely aimed at riding the success of the book.
