The only thing stopping me from saying the people who worked on FF3 belong in jail is that some of them went on to do FF3DS and, if everything I've heard and read about that game is true, those people belong in Super Jail

they didnt have to but they went with ff3ds for that town card and considering how rare any official ff thing uses ff3ds characters or it's aesthetics (e.g in this case the colour palettes or mognet moogles) for *anything* i'm sitting here sobbing over it

Yeah I've heard so much negative about FF3DS, specifically the Crystal Tower in that game being even worse

FF3DS boss attack patterns are quite malicious, so it’s just super punishing if you’re under-leveled or your team comp is kinda shoddy. The ease of making it to bosses gives you a false sense of security, but then you get checked really hard when the boss RNG decides it’s time for someone to die.

Similar answer for me, FF3DS. It just.... Felt awful the whole way through, and FF1 had more to grab onto as far as the story went, IMO.
