College enrollment is declining, which is also complex; declines in funding and reduced financial aid are exploding costs for students. Anti-intellectualism is growing. Male enrollment is declining. The US used to “export” higher ed, with high international enrollment; this has tanked since Trump.

There is a Ukrainian sanctions package against companies and against vessels that export grain and other goods stolen from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. We are preparing new sanctions packages against the Russian military industry, against financial chains and intermediaries.
