I see fingerlimes mentioned in the Alt text. Maybe it's my imagination, given Japan's import restrictions, but I seem to recall seeing some for sale at a high-end fruit vendor on one of the basement food floors so common in Japanese dept. stores. Priced way too rich for my budget. Curious, though.

They had fingerlimes at my local grocery store and the only thing I know about them is that in MasterChef Australia they use it to have they dish go from good to ✨good✨ so yes I of course got a whole bunch of them.
