even so, firing lord & miller were more lawrence kasdan's fault than it was kennedy's. she only made that decision because of him.
My Star Wars hot take (which is not that hot) is that Kathleen Kennedy made two major creative errors, the first was the firing of Lord and Miller from Solo and the second one was revising movie three based on “fan” reaction from Last Jedi. Most of her creative decisions otherwise were excellent.

Without saying the company, we handled one of these companies trade show exhibit schedules, and we ended up firing them as a client. Only done that a handful of times in over 15 years. This is unsurprising.
