Major issues affecting vtubers in 2025 1. Mistaken for AI by the public - even many anime fans believe vtubers are AI, showing a need for public education 2. Convention visibility - many conventions lack the knowledge and connections to bring vtubers to their events 3. Investment scarcity - companies and investors are not interested in funding vtubers after numerous scandals 4. Lack of positive publicity - the general public often lack opportunities to encounter positive stories about vtubers

Questions and Answers - streamer dilemma How do I respond to someone in chat asking if they can join my game? Firo: I tell people it's a solo stream today. If it's a friend asking, they'll understand. If it's a stranger, they haven't done anything to prove they're safe to play with. And if they don't understand, they prove why you don't want to in the first place!

Sometimes I feel lost or inadequate as a creator. It's easy to sit there and let that vague sense of worry overwhelm you because you don't know what to do about it. So here's a few things I try to do!

『 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯 』 ➤ Consider what type of collab you want to do and what will be required to organise it. If it’s casual you probably don’t have to worry too much about preparing anything. However, for other types you may need to put in some serious effort. You may also want to consider asking people if they want to do an off-stream trial first (especially if you have concerns to do with tech or teamwork). 『 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 』 ➤ The bigger the scope of the stream, the more time you should allow for organising. Participants may require some time to prepare or ensure they have the time off if the stream is an important one for all involved. ➤ It may be best to go with a rough time and date - such as a weekend when you’re free. This will allow guests from multiple timezones to have some input and find the best time possible. ➤ Use the Hammertime site or Discord's built in feature to create timecodes which will automatically convert to the viewer’s timezone when posted into Discord, reducing the confusion that can arise from converting using other methods. ➤ Please remember first and foremost that your guests are volunteering their valuable time for you - especially if you’re the only one streaming. Treat their time with respect and don't be late.

🌟 Just a little something I've been thinking about. I don't tend to have many stories because of my memory so I try to put more effort into my voice. Lately, I've been listening to Gold Ship's VA a lot and her voice is very inspiring and fun!

Streamer Dilemma Q: I don't have many stories to talk about on stream, so what can I do to make myself come across as more interesting? A: Sometimes the answer isn't always in what you say but how you say it. Listen back to yourself - do you make up funny voices for situations, change your pitch and volume, vary how fast/slow you talk? How obvious are your emotions when you speak? It can be a little hard to get emotion across as a vtuber so it's worth learning how to make your voice more dynamic so your emotions are clearer to your audience. If your'e happy and excited to be streaming today, make sure your viewers can tell so they can be too!

I feel this just happens to a lot of us cause the creator/streamer space is just very saturated these days. A friend of mine Firozera (another vtuber) has done a few documents on different things under the #firocational tag that help with this sort of stuff IMO
