np it’s my fave series ever honestly fitzfool is peak, i think it’s worth it bc you get a nice break from them that it hits twice as hard when you get back to them if that makes sense? esp bc you just get so many books with them the payoff is worth it eventually

omg hi yes imo (might be controvershullll) if you don’t mind skipping things & just reading a brief outline + spoilers you can if you’re invested in fitzfool bc i can get why it’s jarring. liveship drags a bit but i do agree both it + rainwilds have banger worldbuilding…i’d compare it to reading >

tbh i've no idea i'm a fake bc i love fitzfool yaoi but i lowk don't like hobb's writing but thought liveship was her best in the whole series. you also have rainwilds without them too but the worldbuilding is a+! my friend @goddesshaseul.bsky.social way more knowledgeable on this than me
