I don't know how hard doing a reversible waistband would be on it, but a skirt could be made reversible with something like flatfelled seams

Working on Jayce's front panels.

The curved panel is a bitch to put in, but it needed to be a separate piece so I could add in the dart that goes up from it. Did a flatfelled seam on the inside to finish, cutting notches along the curved bit to prevent puckering.

My sewing machine decided it hates every single needle size I try using, the very good quality thread I need to use for this project, every tension setting and me, which is a great thing to have going on when you need to make a very pieced bodice with every seam being flatfelled, by Wednesday

Can't blame her for soft orange skirt. That's from at least three years ago. Just flatfelled the seams. Let's hem this thing!
