Hopefully, my fitness improves and I will be able to tolerate higher doses of my epilepsy meds as a result. next session in a weeks time (head permitting) #FleshIsWeak

Solid intervals run today. And had just managed to lose a bit of weight this last week after putting on 4kg this autumn.
