I still use my Switch OLED regularly... also, the FlipGrip is awesome! I've had, and used it, since release. It's fantastic!!
Obviously doesn't work on Switch2, but the screen isn't as good--I'd rather play Shmups/STG's on the OLED anyway, with my preferred joycon replacement.

The Switch version supports TATE Mode, so get yourself a FlipGrip and play it in vertical orientation as God intended.
Hopefully a FlipGrip for Switch 2 is released at some point.

Really hope that in the midst of all the Switch 2 leak accessories, Nintendo actually gives the official schematics soon so shit like the FlipGrip 2 can get brought out sooner

Normally when I upgrade hardware, I let the old kit go -- but when I got the OLED Switch, I kept my original model specifically to play vertical games with the #FlipGrip.

Looking forward to seeing what flipgrip 2 looks like. Never got this one. Hopefully there are more games in Tate mode on switch 2 as well.

the real drawback with these for shmups i find is that i can't use them with the flipgrip/wirelessly
i wanna get the mobapads for that reason but they're not available to me locally whereas these were lol

Love the idea, but I think the FlipGrip style is more likely, since two Switches connected together has gotta be heavy as heck and too easy to break apart (unless they do a desktop stand like Kid Icarus Uprising did).

get a flipgrip, you can play in tate mode, and coincidentally the controllers are closer together and more comfortable like that too
