In the Netherlands we say heatpumps work best with low temperature radiators or low temperature floorheating. Never with normal radiator shown in the pictures in the article. With high temperature radiators you dont get it warm and the energyuse is getting very high.

Soon I will move to a new appartment. I am thinking about hacking my Tado Temperature Sensor & Console to enable the control of an electrical floorheating (Tado doesn‘t have any offering for such heating)

Anyone here that uses Honeywell evohome to control their heatpump / floorheating? Mine overshoots badly and opens zones without being needed.

I’m close to having the entire Honeywell thing ripped out and replaced for plugwise. (More open and local too, so plays nicely with home assistant)
