such an eclectic mix of inspiration! given the scheduling of things, i’m expecting Epic Fluoress, but i have zero clue how all of these disparate elements are going to come together. exciting!

Fluoress being a DIVA in their Pride and Precious Fits! 🏳️‍🌈

I ranked the pride cosmetics in My Singing Monsters because I wanted to analyze this as one of the only games I've seen really treat Pride Month as a proper holiday on the same footing as everything else. Analysis and explanation in alt text, these are all just my personal takes
S - fluoress' costume is genuinely perfect just like, having clothes that are traditionally gendered in different ways and very flambuoyant decor and stuff, colorful, it's perfect I wish all pride costumes were like this or had a similar sense of . Pride!!! in themselves!! A - all three have the theme of color very apparent and apply it in very beautiful outfits to me. For the most part this type of very overtly flashy clothing and bright colors is what I think of as like, the pride Thing, its just not executed as thoroughly (or moreso to my personal taste) as Fluoress Boring - these guys are just "lets put a rainbow on it" and like it's cute and not INACCURATE but like cmon gimme smth more!! They are, respectively, the dude who just came out of the closet and the uncle who wants to be supportive but doesn't quite get it, which are definitely part of the experience but not what I'd want to evoke in a pride themed character cosmetic I dont like - not bad by any means on a technical level, just very nonspecific and feel a bit too wrapped up in the superficial aspects they added to pride to fit in the world. I love using stained glass and glowbes as thematic elements, both are very colorful and a good way to incorporate the colors of pride flags and stuff into the world, but I wish these used those motifs in combination with some brighter colors or other clothes that still felt festive in that pride way

Now feel free to drop in monster requests for the next units.
In case you forgot:
List of FE6 units (main story only): fireemblemwiki.org/wiki/List_of...
List of monsters: mysingingmonsters.fandom.com/wiki/Monsters
Wolt as a Reedling Explanation: I wanted a majority of the Chapter 1 units to be natural monsters, so I chose Reedling because it has the color green, like Wol't hair. Lance as a Congle Explanation: Someone suggested that I make Alen and Lance the same monster. Note: I gave Lance a lance because joke lol. Merlinus as a G'joob Explanation: MOUSTACHE!!!!!! Also fits the Plant Island theme I'm going for the Elibe protagonists. Finally, a Chapter 2 unit!!!! Elen as a Fluoress Explanation: I want to make the priests either light element monsters or monsters that reside on Light Island. Also Elen is the first healer you get in FE6, and Fluoress is the first light element monster you obtain in Light Island.
