When I get in the mood for cheese I often make chicken parmigiana. We were visiting Manayunk in Philly & I ordered the pizza soup. The “crust” came as crostini. Sausage, pepperoni & ground beef swimming in a tomato soup seasoned in marinara style. Loaded with cheese!!! Listening to Another Country
