Healthy meal. Baked salmon with air fried zucchini and corn. Cajun seasoning all around and jalapenos on the zucchini. Delicious!

Egg white, soyrizo, queso fresco, jalapeno, SC, picoso sauce, pepper jack cheese.
Then I grilled it. I swear I know how to wrap a burrito 🌯 lol. It was hot af and I wanted to eat it immediately.

Black Forest ham and 6 cheese quesadilla fried in Irish Kerrygold butter and crusted in sharp cheddar (the outside lol), topped w/sour cream and homemade Anaheim chili/heirloom tomato/jalapeno salsa.
2 over easy eggs with fresh ground pepper and garlic oil
It took only 12 minutes 😁
