And in the case of #ForestofSecrets (both seasons) the title change shifts the focus from what the TWO investigators have to work their way through to being all about the person of one of them. As if Bae Doona's character wasn't in every way equally central and important.

Yep. It's the same reason I can't rewatch #ForestOfSecrets S1 after learning that the lead antagonist (who did an AWESOME) job is actually a convicted sex offender who did prison time for it😱

Day 5: Villain

For YEARS, my answer to this was automatic: The villain in S1 of #ForestOfSecrets

THEN I found out he was also the worst kind of villain IRL and there ain't no unkowing that.

Yes, he is a stock villain, and if I rewatched it now, he wouldn't seem unusual. But barely two months into my #KDrama experience, he was a bit of a shock. The character also served as a yardstick for me in #ForestofSecrets S1, where Lee Geung Young's SUPERB villain was his exact antithesis😍
