Apples on a picnic blanket, a butterfly, F + M carved in a tree. A woman of Michaela Stirling's likeness lying down in a meadow with flowers, a silver gate with a tree, a woman of Francesca Bridgerton's likeness walking across a meadow. Remnants of a Scottish estate. The silhouette of two women holding bouquets. "It was summer when I found you In the meadow long ago, And the golden vetch was growing By the shore." —Sappho A glowing silver gate bridges the distance between faerie realms. At this threshold, Michaela waits in Kilmartin Glen for her bride clad in a dress made up of layers of golden yellow silk. A musical chime signals the arrival of Francesca. She is breathtaking in her gauzy white gown. Michaela greets Francesca with a kiss and savors the sweet taste of her lips. They go to the ceremonial site in the center of a meadow to exchange vows. The air around the newlyweds shimmers with magic and yellow buttercups bloom at their feet where they dance merrily all night long.

Hello! Here is a drabble and moodboard created for #FranchaelaWeek2026 Day 2: Music ❤️❤️❤️

FranchaelaWeek 2026 Day 2: Music Images of Francesca and Michaela as well as close ups of someone playing piano and someone playing double bass with flowers and sheet music in the background. “Odd how you entered my house quietly, Quietly left again. While you stayed you ate at my table, Slept in my bed. There was much sweetness, Yet little was done, little said.” —Elsa Gidlow, 1898 – 1986 FranchaelaWeek 2026 Day 2: Music With Practiced Ease It has been four years since Francesca last saw Michaela Stirling. Four years since Michaela abruptly departed in the middle of the night. Four years without Michaela’s charm and company. In her absence, Francesca lost a piece of herself. Now, without warning, she has returned. It is a fragile dance they find themselves in — relearning who the other is. As they play music together, they settle into a familiar rhythm with practiced ease. It is like no time has passed at all. In their close proximity, Francesca’s heart sings. Michaela fits seamlessly into Francesca’s world, even after all this time.

for (a very late) day four of #franchaelaweek: music

"Michaela wiped her tears with the sleeve of her nightgown. “Yes”, she murmured. “It was… so beautiful”.

“Then”, she whispered in Michaela's ear. “It’s yours”."

Francesca as Flareon because of her quiet but fiery passion. Michaela as (Midnight*) Lycanroc because... She is wicked!!!

*There are three different types of Lycanroc. So for Michaela, she's a midnight form.
