I wonder if Concept A hinted at a card featuring a Freljord Fiddlesticks; Concept C seems to show the same type of hands seen in the art for Illuminated Lux.
It seems quite plausible that Fiddlesticks, Nunu, and Yone were the June–July expansion before the shift in focus.

I fear the Ideologies of the other regions, most notably Noxus but also other places like Demacia or Freljord, are more developed and P&Z are very atypical to the remaining often more feudal system world and it got rewritten and re-tweaked a bunch.

that would make the council so much more suspicious of his motivations and even the fact that his father was from freljord (ig another hc) doesnt erase the fact that he only has a name by chance and its not one that means anything to anyone in piltover

What's interesting about this Brand is that concept seems to read more towards the idea of Runic tattoos than towards "muscular volcanic magma".
Making a clear parallel to Ryze, plus the Pants now have more resemblance to the Freljord clothing style

Ionia would be a fun place to visit, Shurima (essentially their egypt/middle east/ ancient civilization region) could be cool plus it has ties to the Void... iunno if they still do stuff with the Shadow Isles (basically where all the spooky ghost characters tend to be from)
There's also Freljord...
