The old one is now very very broken after 100+ years, and is sadly going to the great piano graveyard in the sky when the new one arrives.

I work in funeralcare and a big part of my job is transporting people once they've passed away. Some of the things I've seen and done to safely get someone into our care are incredibly metal (and I'm very proud of myself for it)
I'm further down than that, but I I work in funeralcare, so I have an understanding, albeit from a different perspective. My ear is always available.
