Breakfast was Ethiopian style fuul a fava bean dish. I’ve made Somalian fuul which is like a bean stew & Egyptian fuul which is plain cooked fava beans with lots of toppings. This version is between the two. I tried making a soft-boiled egg but overcooked it a bit. 🍜🍽️ #food #foodsky #cooking 1/2
