With #akotas even the bit players already came with names but, though it rarely came into the story, I gave the leads birthdays of the people in my life: Arthur mine, Guenevere my late wife, Lancelot my late best friend, Mordred and Galahad my stepkids', Merlin Peanuts', etc.

He was wounded but was cured by Galahad at Glastonbury Tor. He retired from the kingship and departed in secrecy. For the remainder of his life, he was a monk at the monastery in Yn Chaloo where he died in 534 at the age of 74.
