Hey, Mount Sinai. All the responsible vehicles (FDNY trucks and ambos, NYPD, Lenox Hill ambos, NY Presbyterian ambos) use their sirens intermittently, only as necessary. So why do your ambulances have them on all the time? You’re killing us with the noise! You should be ashamed. @galebrewer
