I disagree. "I tapped one less mana for a spell so I get a gameloss" is obviously a feelbad but it's way less of a feelbad than "my opponent tapped one less mana for a spell nothing happened and they won because of it" or "I tapped one less mana for a spell and was dropped from the tournament".

The gameloss is there to make the incentives so that the only logical reason to have extra cards in your deckbox would be too cheat. You clearly aren't, but by making it a gameloss for players in your situation it gives no excuses for players who were intending to cheat.
