Summer is natural fibers time. Polyester is plastic, and it not only doesn’t breathe (and its wicking properties are greatly exaggerated), it’s oleophilic — it grabs body oils and builds bacteria breeding nurseries with them. Cotton, linen, viscose. No poly.

A lot of our AC concepts are set based on the fact that people do not dress for the seasons anymore. Japan made it so that a short-sleeved button-down shirt in a light fabric was officially government "businesswear" during the summer. Make that mod and you can raise the AC temp *significantly*.

C'est d'autant plus agaçant que partout dans le monde il y a des robes et jupes pour hommes, et il n'y a qu'en Occident qu'on en chie une pendule. Mon père (marocain) porte des gandouras à la maison, c'est super confortable.
