Due to the fuel shortage in Zabaykalsky krai 4 districts have stopped garbage collection as there's no fuel for the garbage trucks.

Sometimes if I make an absolutely garbage post, I mean just a disgusting horrible collection of words, I’ll check on a couple of my most beloved followers just to go “whew, still there”. I can’t stop posting garbage but I at least need to check on their welfare.

In 2018, garbage collectors in Turkey started a library of discarded books - rather than putting books in landfills, they retrieve them and add them to the collection.
