I wouldn't mind a gatlingun style application. Flu, RSV, COVID, noro, cold, bird, swine, mad cow, just load it up and go full auto on me every 6 months

The Holy Wand is the Magic Wand, but where initially Imelda was "I cast magic missile AT THE DARKNESS" now she is casting Magic Gatlingun at it. She fires non-stop.
