#JustServe #911Day #gatorserve

GatorServe is a UHD tradition that brings together UHD students, staff, faculty, alum, friends, families, and community partners to complete projects in service of our neighbors. UHD is partnering with HISD's Houston Promise Program to help at Dogan Elementary on Saturday, 1/17.

It is a beautiful morning for #GatorServe coordinated by the UHDowntown Center for Community Engagement & Service Learning. I am happy to join over 100+ students, faculty, and staff volunteering with the Herman Park Conservancy.

Congratulations to the University of Houston-Downtown Center for Community Engagement & Service Learning for another successful GatorServe event. Over 100+ students, faculty, and staff are volunteering with the Herman Park Conservancy.

A great GatorServe event this morning with 100+ University of Houston-Downtown students out on a Saturday morning to make a difference on this MLK Jr. Day of Service. #GoGators
