This is a very very good article and I hope whatever remnant stump of #GCDigital exists on this platform reads it. I would suggest that splitting program review (what should we do) with admin service review (how should we do it) would lead to faster results and clearer public conversations. 🧵

The other place had something called #gcdigital for a while, where Canadian public servants would talk about what they were working on, share struggles, and collaborate. We would connect with academics and civil society on the fly. It was chaotic but it was meaningful. It's all gone now.
