In the past my favorite decks were Harpies, Winged Beasts, Blackwing, Crystal Beasts, Dinos, and sometimes Gemknights.
I hopped off around Link & Pendulums. I kinda got the gist of them via Master Duel, but had no desire to have them IRL lol.

Unlike with Elemental Heroes or Gemknights, you're using cards across seven archtypes (eight if you count the Fallen archtype, which I don't), and some only play nicely with others while others play rough (Dogmatika) and will disrupt you when used incorrectly. It's always something to keep track of.

Having a blast with the Albez deck. Out of all the decks I picked up since coming back to the game, this is by far the most fun one. It's also the most complex, which I guess makes sense why I'm enjoying it so much. It feels like an evil upgrade to Elemental Heroes/Gemknights from back in the day.

They did in fact have to print "your opponent takes half effect damage" on them because gemknights used to ftk.
