I see why extremist ppl with no experience and no gentleness or emotional intelligence are threatened by that though.
With anything personal the more personal and vulnerable it tends to be, the more I would prefer ppl with experience. 🍵 Ijs. At the very least their gentleness can make up for lack of experience.
