All words have,
substance.
True feeling is
neurochemical.

The head the heart
is all art.
Souls are like soles
drawing us away

from what we need
comfortability
is a disease
in thinking

My words sometimes
feel uninspired
coming from head or heart
but not soul

I wish I didn't
feel this #terror
when choosing artful
metaphor

like talking to
an estranged friend
trying to stay
cheerful
