“Salome with the Head of John the Baptist”

When COVID first started, the Getty Museum had the #GettyChallenge to recreate famous works of art just using objects found around the house. So cardboard, towels, plastic bags, paper clips, wig, etc. #AlphabetChallenge #WeekWforWacky #HumansofBluesky

“The Son of Man…with toilet paper (After Magritte)”.

Another entry I did for the “Getty Museum Challenge”-recreate famous works of art using only objects found around the house. This was during COVID so toilet paper was an important theme.

“American Gothic Redux”. My wife and I participated in the Getty Museum Challenge during COVID to recreate famous works of art using only items you have around the house. #gettychallenge #humansofbluesky #art #photography. @gettymuseum

“The Last Brunch (after DaVinci)”. Another one of my Getty Museum Challenge photos during COVID using only items found around the house. Didn’t have enough people nor food nor room for “The Last Supper”…so The Last Brunch it was. Apologies to Leonardo…

OMG my parents (who live in tropical S Miami, Florida!) did the #gettychallenge with the help of their local peacocks (Gauguin!)!!!! This is what they have around the house (peacocks, hatchet, strangely blue shorts, rainbow eucalyptus, palm trees).
