Binghamton looks like a legit ghost town with living ghostpeople in it. I know they are under developing it to keep mass migration from happening prematurely due to it being high on the climate resiliency index but it’s really unsettling driving through there.
I use to live in upstate NY and it was one of the places that opened my eyes to how bad this country was underdeveloping. It made me realize that there metropolitan-areas worse than mine. Ironically I met people there that thought they were better off economically there than Detroit.
