The new Bandai Gashapon are so CUTE! 💕 I'm glad Akame looks good and that he finally has a figure! Here they are next to their 80s counterparts

The GNG mug has been a grail item of mine for many years, and I'm so happy to finally add it to my collection! From purchasing the teacup in 2020, this little set has taken 5 years to complete 😊

Repost series: Ginga Nagareboshi Gin Magnets!

Two sets, 72 in total and I remember being SO happy when I finally completed these. My favourite design is the very first Gin in the blue border set. Which is your favourite?

The figures will launch in capsule machines in Japan in two volumes. Vol. 1 in May, Vol. 2 in June. You can collect both colour and blank silver versions. Akakabuto comes in 3 parts, his legs are included with Riki and John respectively 🤭

Expensive hankie post 🤧
I have never seen the other two for sale, I admire their designs. 80s/90s childrens hankies are so vibrant and creative, it makes me feel nostalgic for the Disney hankies I had as a kid.

🔍 Animedia Magazine, June Issue from 1986.
“Character Wars” page of Gin vs John. It describes the difference between their motivations as a bear dog vs a hunting dog, now with a common enemy of Akakabuto.

My collection is on the go slow at the moment: the most recent items I've added are Blue Ben and the Born in 1975 magazine with an excellent 4-page article about Takahashi and Ginga. I will post scans and snippets from it soon!

I don't usually buy GDW anime-related items, but I just had to have this beautiful genga of Gin from my favourite frame in the final episode.
In it there is a note about not drawing the top teeth in the mouth!
