I want to recommend this excellent thread by @rnflex.bsky.social as an example of the phenomenal potential of synthetic metabolic modulators for weight loss, reversal of pre-diabetes, fatty liver deposits & high cholesterol.

A very large, dark gray bird with a long, sharp bill stands in a quiet area of a shady stream. It is turned toward the right side of the picture, looking at a small portion of the grassy bank. The water, which is rippling gently around the Heron, comes up to just below the bird's meaty thighs. If you have difficulty tolerating a glp1 agonist like ozempic due to nausea, it is worth trialing a dual glp1/gip agonist like zepbound since the gip agonist activity appears to have anti nausea effects
