just in case you wonder why i mostly write in lowercase, it's because my eyesight is damaged from staring at my phone screen in horror trying to make notes on reality as it spiralled out of control after 2016

I used to have really good eyesight before Brexit, but now sometimes I have really bad days where my eyes just stop working well.

The answer is always less screen use, but I find it very hard to look away.
