I wanted so badly to like this, but it was hard for me to get through. The beginning started out well, and then the middle just kinda dragged on. However I do think the end left on a promising place so I decided to give the next book in the series a chance.

Gory Cal piece i did a bit back, i keep forgetting to post here
this is technically from an absolute insane au I have, but it could also be a metaphor for all the guilt he holds and the blood that stains his ancestors hands

My year to finish the Red Queen series 😅😅😅 #redqueen #redqueenseries #glasssword #kingscage #victoriaaveyard

I fear the Red Queen series has me in a chokehold already. Finished the first one in a day and a half😅 46 minutes into The Glass Sword already🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

#DNF #GlassSword. Calling it quits on page 82. All the fun things I enjoyed in #RedQueen are gone in this book. I really dislike reading about war. On to the next #library book. Maybe that makes it too easy to quit a book. I've done that a lot this year. Next . . . #booksky 💙📚
