This ship was (to the great confusion of fans and scholars alike) the no. 1 LotR side ship in the 90's to 2000's, all because they talked once and rode horses side by side once! 🤭 Here's my OTP, Rivendell's favourite gay uncles for #allshipsweek!

Erestor: *impatiently banging a scroll on the table*
Glorfindel, also exhausted: Erestor, stop. How would you feel if I banged you on the table?
Erestor:
Erestor: I-
Elrond, still sitting there: Please spare me.

Glorfindel: So. I'm in love.
Elrond: In love?
Glorfindel: With Erestor.
Elrond: Erestor?
Glorfindel: Yes. Thoughts?
Elrond: And prayers.
