This is what GlyphSmith is all about:

1. Import SVG files as glyphs
2. Tweak glyph metrics and kerning
3. Export as a real font! (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2)

GlyphSmith 1.2 is out! Improved SVG import now ensures your glyphs are sized and positioned correctly, no matter the scale or position they're exported from. Get it at https://glyphsmith.app or from the Mac App Store. #GlyphSmith #TypeDesign #FontTools #MacApp #IndieApp

Kerning isn't just spacing — it's the difference between "FLINT" looking like a word and looking like a ransom note. Good kerning is invisible. Bad kerning is all you can see. The space between letters shapes how meaning lands. #typography #typedesign

Did you know you can select multiple glyphs at the same time?
