Big beautiful day hammering the mountain bike trails today in #Nanaimo and then bombed all the way downhill to downtown to finish up for some food trucks, cafes and a stop at Maffeo Sutton Park. #getoutside #ycd #gnarnaimo #mtblife #canadastrong 🇨🇦

Wonderful big 25km loop around #Nanaimo starting in Extension Ridge, across South Benson, down through Westwood and back to Extension. Beautiful day in #Gnarnaimo #getoutside #bikesky

The weather held yet again on Sunday. I met up with friends in #Nanaimo to ride the Duomont area. I haven't been on the single track moto trails there before and it did not dissappint. Equally hard & challenging but also beautiful. #VancouverIsland #Getoutside #Gnarnaimo

While I spend most of my time riding the MTB trails in the #CowichanValley I do love a short trip to the north to ride the #Nanaimo trails above Westwood Lake. #Gnarnaimo is what the locals call it, great #VancouverIsland riding.

While I spend most of my time riding the MTB trails in the #CowichanValley I do love a short trip to the north to ride the #Nanaimo trails above Westwood Lake. #Gnarnaimo is what the locals call it, great #VancouverIsland riding.

Huge day in the heat of #Gnarnaimo today doing a bike 33km loop on the #MTB. Best part ending our day was the swim in Westwood Lake. Oh ya, the 2025 upgrades @nanaimo.ca did to the Westwood Lake beach area is amazing. 🤩 with the heat today had to be like 500 people there 🤙🏼

While I wait for the snow to frickin’ go away, I look back only a month ago to our annual Boxing Day ride. Only snow on the mountain tops, tacky dirt, and mild conditions. Seems like a lifetime ago! #mountainbiking #vancouverisland #gnarnaimo #grouprides

Was tempted to join up with the boys in #Gnarnaimo but a friend from Victoria was coming up to ride here in Cowichan. Was stoked on how great the Maple conditions were 🤘🏼
