Last Karate Class Part 1
The last Karate session of the year at the Garswood Dojo. A good turn out from the sados and psychos session, burning off our Christmas excess.

A throwback 10 years to that short time I was actually a Sensei, running my own club in Preston.

A year since a dislocated shoulder and I’m recovering from having my #RotatorCuff repaired along with reattaching my bicep and sorting out a #SLAPtear and desperate to get back to #GojuRyuKarate.

A little bit of Kata training from this morning. After this I spent an hour being battered and bounced around as 'Uke' (attacker) for one for the students who grades in the summer.
