God that's a name I thought I'd never hear again. Saiyuki was such a weirdly fun journey to the West adaption as it's literally "What if they were all badboy sexy Himbos tho" and it worked. You gotta let me know if that's any good.

11. Hygiene: Sanzo is meticulous and clean even while traveling. He keep is robes folded neatly and takes care of his skin and hair. He has a minor obsession with his hair and is actually really sensitive when Gojyo cracks jokes about him developing a bald spot.

i think gojyo mentioned once that sanzo likes to eat sashimi with mayo, and the drama CD skit kinda reinforced the hint that he's fond of mayo

For some reason I remember the "free of everything" quote being much EARLIER in the story. Even though like. . .it's clearly during Yisou because when tf else would it be.

the irony is goku, hakkai & gojyo choose to put those power limiter on & they say the fight for them only BUT to many times they've shown they care about eachother..
goku doesn't fully fight for himself since he states "sanzo is his savior"
and goes ballistic seeing sanzo hurt..
