The 27th creature of the #SillyBestiary came from Japan's folklore, in the form of the cuddly Maneki Neko, the beckoning cat!

Digital vector art of a maneki neko, the beckoning cat, a creature from Japanese folklore. It is a white cat with black and orange-red marking (a calico or tortoise shell cat). He is sitting on a red cushion with pompom on every corner, holding a square coin (a koban) between his leg with his right paw and rising the left paw to the sky. He is smiling widely, looking at the spectator with mirth full eyes (or hungry? maybe hungry). He has yellow eyes, a little blakc mustaches and red dot as eye brow., the same red than the inside of his ears. He is wearing a green apron around his neck, with a red collard and a big golden bell. There is a golden circle with a japanese pattern behind him and a scroll with blue border as a background.
