So, Ithaca, NY has a bunch of gorges - beautiful, easy to access, dangerous (undercurrents can be crazy even during the day, when sober). To preserve the natural habitat their weren't many fences around them until a couple ppl died falling into them while drunk/at night so they added them in 2011/12

Those frats* could get away with damn near anything, especially if they had a house. They put in some guardrails re: drinking, etc. while I was there, but they got around it by using their annexes.

Die Wettervorhersagen für die Cevennen von Dienstag bis Donnerstag sind durchzogen. Deshalb: Rauf auf meine geliebte Causse Méjean und Blick hinunter auf die Gorges de Tarn. 30 km Fahrt durch die Causse und keinem Auto, keiner Person begegnet. Wie berührend doch diese Landschaft ist.
