Form versus function
Reddit post on r/skyscrapers showing a very well designed scaffolding wrap for the Gucci Tower in Manhattan meant to make the building look like a Gucci bag. Reddit post: Gotwaffles: amazing to see. But I think it’s just a wrapper around their scaffolding as they renovate the building? Not sure how long it will take, but I think it’s coming down sometime. Fuzz11: actual location at the moment is currently across the street. Should be the standard though for scaffolding. Shouldn’t be such an eye sore. EconomicsOk3346: you know how fucking expensive this shit is?
