Our first session focuses on communication across various animal taxa: adaptation of vocal signatures in lemurs, comprehension of alarm calls in monkeys, and social behaviour and vocalisations in bats.

Our next session takes a deeper look into captive animal behaviour - we explored differences in individuality between wild and lab gerbils, and how cat vocalisations can be used as an indicator of pain and stress.
