I have long been intrigued by the story, "The Death of Bloody Mary" by gretch_villa on instagram, and wanted to try my hand at painting the character Mary in all her crimson splendor. Speaking of which, I may have also been a little inspired by a recent rewatch of my favorite film — "Crimson Peak" 👀

Creator/Illustrator of "The Death of Bloody Mary", gretch_villa is creating quite the gothic horror romance story!
